What Is A Managed Services Provider?

A managed service provider (MSP) delivers ongoing technical services, such as network, application, infrastructure and security, via ongoing and regular support and active administration on customers' premises, in their MSP's data center (hosting), or in a third-party data center.

What Types Of Services Packages Do You Offer?

Orillia Computer offers three tiers of services:


1) Traditional: "break-fix" IT support.

  • Technical support services provided when requested.
  • Support requests recorded in our help desk system for followup by first available technician.
  • Work is scheduled as promptly as reasonably possible, based on current technician availability.
  • All services are billed at our regular retail hourly service rates.


2) Ongoing Monthly: Priority on-demand and proactive services

  • Based on a minimum monthly retainer fee.
  • Monthly contract fee is credited toward services provided each month.
  • Includes both on-demand services and ongoing support/maintenance as per contract.
  • Preferred rates on additional services.
  • Support requests are priority flagged in our help desk system
  • Work is scheduled on a priority basis, under an SLA Agreement with each client.


3) Flat-Rate Monthly: Premium Managed Services

  • Fixed monthly fee for all contracted services.
  • Dedicated account manager.
  • Support requests are priority flagged in our help desk system
  • Work is scheduled on a priority basis, under an SLA Agreement with each client.
  • Preferred rates for any additional services not in contact.
